For all skin types:  oily skin,  combination skin,  dry skin,  sensitive skin, and  acne prone skin

PM:   Use the pre-packaged spatula to scoop a small amount from the jar to your finger, then apply to clean, dry skin (rinse spatula clean for the next use). Follow with a Bioelements moisturizer or Sleepwear if needed. AHA exfoliation-experienced skin can use it every night; skin new to AHAs should start at 3 times a week.
